Contemporary Staffing Celebrates 25 Years of Business by Honoring their Late Founder, Donna Pearson
MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (PRWEB) March 13, 2019 -- Contemporary Staffing Solutions is continuously growing as it enters its 25th year of business and is thrilled to share that CSS late founder, Donna Pearson has a real legacy that lives on in the communities surrounding the Greater Philadelphia area. CSS actively meets C-Level clients and highly skilled candidates that remember her emphasis on quality, urgency, integrity, and accountability. Donna was beyond her years in relationship building and problem solving in the staffing industry as a true consultant.
Donna Pearson was born in 1941, started to work full time at age 42 with five children, and then started CSS at age 53, passing at age 59. She was and still is quite a motivating story. Her legacy and passion for the staffing industry continues to be the wind beneath their wings! She wanted CSS to take tremendous care of their employees so they could give the best treatment to all their clients and candidates.
Kicking off 2019, CSS reminded the company and the community about why they are in business and reinforced the passion that drives them every day. Donna created an opportunity for all employees to have an entrepreneurial spirit and focus on giving their clients and candidates a seamless experience. She promised the employees that CSS would concentrate on their career development and help to get them to the next level, which would be filled with accomplishments.
On February 15, 2019, CSS celebrated Founders’ Day and on March 9, 2019, CSS sponsored a Leukemia & Lymphoma fundraising event both with the interest of creating awareness about the Donna Pearson Legacy and to honor her as CSS marches towards its 25th Anniversary on November 21, 2019.
“March 9th was an amazing night filled with fundraising efforts that totaled more than $45,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society on behalf of our late founder, Donna Pearson. It was a real Moorestown Village effort that rallied the head Eagles coach, Doug Pederson and his lovely wife Jeannie Pederson to bring more than 119 guests and 31 volunteers together honoring Donna Pearson,” says Sharon Pearson Tsao, CMO, Contemporary Staffing Solutions.
“Erin Pearson is running for Student of the Year with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and asked Aunt Sharon if she would like to help. She worked on fundraising more than $60,000 and Sharon Tsao worked on the Donna Pearson Gala, for a combined effort of more than $100,000!” says Mike Pearson, President of CSS. “We were thrilled to see CSS employees, CSS alumni, Sharon & Lee Tsao’s circle of influence and so many volunteers come together for a very memorable night!” says Steve Pearson, CSO of CSS.
