Cooperative Systems Acquires Datacenter and Cloud Infrastructure Provider
Fandotech, a cloud infrastructure provider, will merge into the suite of technology solutions offered by Cooperative Systems
WINDSOR, Conn., Sept. 17, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Cooperative Systems, a managed technology services provider serving the greater New England area, has completed an acquisition of a datacenter and managed technology services firm in Manchester, CT.
This acquisition links back to a managed services company formerly known as "Fandotech" and involves the equipment, customers, and employees that operated under a large multinational company. Effective September 1st, 2020, this operation is now fully part of Cooperative Systems. The Fandotech team, based in Manchester, CT and West Springfield, MA will continue business as usual, and both teams will be working hard to integrate their operations.
Fandotech, a cloud infrastructure provider, will merge into the suite of technology solutions that Cooperative Systems offers their customers and businesses, in the surrounding New England areas.
