Cotler named vice president, director of audit and compliance services for North American Title Insurance Co.
Miami, Florida (PRWEB) February 04, 2019 -- MIAMI – February 4, 2019 – Adam Cotler has been promoted to vice president, director of audit and compliance services for North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC). For the past two years, Cotler served as NATIC’s assistant director of quality assurance and compliance, handling the department’s day-to-day audit operations.
“Adam’s laser-focused approach to providing best-in-class compliance services has resulted in solid relationships between the audit team and our agents. In line with Cotler’s new title, NATIC has also revised the department name to audit and compliance services to align with the company’s vision and solutions-oriented approach to assisting independent and affiliate agents with running healthier, more efficient businesses.

Cotler brings more than 28 years of auditing and risk management experience to the position. A title insurance industry veteran, he worked for two national underwriters and one of the Big 4 accounting firms, prior to joining NATIC in 2017. Cotler replaces W. Alex Kidd, who remained with the Lennar family of companies as director of quality assurance and compliance for CalAtlantic Title Inc., following the States Title acquisition of NATIC in January.
