Cybersecurity industry veteran and serial entrepreneur Zohar Alon has joined Cybereason to lead its product and R&D teams
BOSTON, April 20, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Cybereason, the XDR company, today named entrepreneur and cybersecurity pioneer Zohar Alon as President of Cybereason Israel to oversee Product and R&D. He joins Cybereason with more than 25 years of industry experience and will be responsible for driving product strategy for the company's defense platform, which includes industry-leading XDR, EDR and EPP solutions.
Alon joins Cybereason to support the company's global growth and advance its innovation. The company recently secured $100 million in funding with SoftBank Corp. and announced its placement by Gartner, Inc. as a Leader in the 2022 Magic Quadrant for Endpoint Protection Platforms. Alon is a cyber security pioneer, serial entrepreneur and investor. As one of the early employees at Check Point, Zohar created Provider-1, the first security management solution for MSSPs.
