Dawn Realty Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its agreement with Explorinvest Capital Corp. ("Explorinvest") for the reverse takeover of an Explorinvest subsidiary has received interim Court approval.
LONDON, Dec. 4, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Dawn Realty Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its Agreement with Explorinvest, a reporting issuer, for a reverse takeover of an Explorinvest subsidiary, received interim approval from the British Columbia Supreme Court pending shareholder approval.
A special meeting of Explorinvest shareholders is scheduled for 17 December 2021. Full details are re-viewable in the Explorinvest Shareholder Circular available on https://www.sedar.com.
The Company identifies land assets for re-development and/or companies with real estate backed operations seeking capital for expansion in high yielding market segments with high investment returns.
The Company has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Growex Grown Holdings LLC ("Growex Grown™") for the build-lease of patented gas-tight controlled atmosphere True Vertical™ ("Controlled Atmosphere") growing and storage facilities. Growex Grown affiliates, Storex CA Controlled Atmosphere Inc and Storex CA Canada Inc, have built over 30 Controlled Atmosphere facilities in Canada, the United States, and Israel since 2012 and is an authorized dealer of Storex BV based in the Netherlands.
The Company continues to work on the turn around of a 250,000 sq.m. commercially-zoned development project with a modern concrete 17,000 sq.m. outdoor pedestrian mall, that the Company plans for re-positioning as a fully serviced retirement village located 45 minutes outside of Venice, Italy.
The Company signed a €40M Share Subscription Facility with GEM Global Yield LLC SCS ("GEM"), part of the Global Emerging Markets Group, in September 2020.
