Dr. Jeffrey Ruterbusch is a retired United States Naval Physician who brings over 30 years of medical experience to this location. Over the past two years, he has been the Medical Director of two Rehabilitation and Wellness Clinics in Jacksonville and Tallahassee, Florida.
