Mr. Weiss is also noted for his proven ability to grow an architecture firm's revenue, portfolio, and staff capabilities in markets nationwide.

Prior to joining OTJ, Mr. Weiss was Managing Principal at WDG Interior Architecture, PLLC. Mr. Weiss has also held Director and Principal level positions at KlingStubbins, now a Jacobs Company, and IA Interior Architects. Mr. Weiss' recently completed projects include the 670,000 SF National Science Foundation (NSF) headquarters in Alexandria, VA, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)'s 160,000 SF Washington, DC headquarters, the Suzuki Restaurant in New York City, and American Express' 350,000 SF Regional Operating Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
