Additionally, at the start of the year DSA appointed three new partners, Jenny Callahan, Keira McNeal, and Alex Andreakos to serve in various roles within the company. These new partners join the existing partners, CEO and founder Andy Dohmen as well as COO Jason Dickens, in leading the firm.
Jenny Callahan, AIA is now a principal serving as Director of Architecture. Jenny started with the company in 2007, has over 15 years of experience in the industry, and is a registered Florida Architect. She attended Wentworth Institute of Technology, where she received both her Bachelor's and Master's in Architecture. Jenny provides design leadership and guidance to the firm's architectural teams to produce designs and associated deliverables.
Keira McNeal is now a principal serving as Director of HR & Accounting. Keira started with the company in 2006 and has worked in the accounting and human resources fields for over 20 years. She attended St. Pete College, where she earned her Associates in Liberal Arts. Keira brings her years of experience and expertise to the team and handles all accounting and human resources functions for the firm on a day to day basis.
Alex Andreakos is now a principal serving as Director of Business Development. Alex started with the company in 2011 and has over 13 years of experience in the industry. Alex attended the University of South Florida, where he received his Master's in Architecture. He began his career in architecture and visualization before moving to the business and operations side of the firm. Alex manages the firm's business development, marketing, and client relations. Additionally, Alex serves as director of architectural visualization, immersive technologies, and interactive design tools.
