The webinar series was hosted by the Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA), the industry's premier trade association. It was based on their widely recognized Aerosol Propellants: Considerations for Effective Handling in the Aerosol Plant and Laboratory (commonly referred to in the industry as the "Propellant Safety Manual") that the organization first published in 1979 and is now in its fourth edition.
