Documentary Series Educating About the Harms of Pornography Released by U.S.-Based Nonprofit
U.S.-based nonprofit Fight the New Drug announces the release of its documentary series titled Brain, Heart, World. The three-part documentary series educates about the harms of pornography using research and personal stories. The documentary will be screened at various venues across the United States during the remainder of 2019 and is free to stream online.
SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 23, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Fight the New Drug, a U.S.-based nonprofit organization, announces the release of its documentary series titled Brain, Heart, World. This three-part documentary series dives into how pornography has been shown to negatively affect the consumer, relationships, and society.
The age-appropriate film is aimed to educate youth, young adults, and families using comedic narration and animation to gently introduce audiences to this taboo topic. The series, which can be accessed at BrainHeartWorld.org, is free for individuals and families to watch, and public screening licenses can be purchased for those who would like to screen the series to a larger audience.
Additionally, a screening tour of Brain, Heart, World is set to begin in September and continue through November of 2019 and will travel to ten various locations across the United States, including Lanett, Alabama; Severn, Maryland; La Crosse University in Wisconsin; Brookings, South Dakota; Billings, Montana; Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Salt Lake City, Utah.
The screenings will take place in theaters, auditoriums, or other community centers, depending on the tour location. Each individual screening will be announced by the host and the general public is encouraged to attend these free events.
Brain, Heart, World was created by Fight the New Drug, a non-religious, non-legislative nonprofit whose mission is to educate individuals on the harms of pornography using only science, facts, and personal accounts. The nonprofit celebrated its tenth year as an organization in March of this year, and has a worldwide following of over 4 million "Fighters."
