Downeast Toyota Hosts Toy Drive for DHHS From Dec. 4 Until Dec. 15
Dealership looks to fill a 2019 Tacoma with new, unwrapped toys
BREWER, Maine, Dec. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Giving is a hallmark of the holiday season for many Bangor-area families and Downeast Toyota, a local Toyota dealership located in Brewer, is doing its part this year with a toy drive to support local youth. The Downeast Toyota Toy Drive for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) will take place from Dec. 4 to Dec. 15 at the dealership and will help provide local families with a merry Christmas.
During the Downeast Toyota Toy Drive for DHHS, the dealership will be collecting new, unwrapped toys in the dealership showroom in an effort to fill the bed of a 2019 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck. When all is said and done, the dealership will donate the toys to the DHHS Gift Program, which supports less-fortunate youth and families in the region.
Individuals who participate in the holiday toy drive at the dealership will receive a $5 gift card for Tim Hortons, which has four locations in the Bangor area – 594 Broadway, 301 Odlin Rd., 444 Main St. and 394 Wilson St. In addition to a Tim Hortons gift card, families who donate to the Downeast Toyota Toy Drive will be entered for a chance to win a full-vehicle detail package, courtesy of the Downeast Toyota Service Department.
