Dr. Britta Lundgren of CarolinasDentist Wins Miss North Carolina for America
WILMINGTON, N.C. (PRWEB) July 12, 2023 -- Dr. Britta Lundgren, a cosmetic dentist at CarolinasDentist, has been crowned Miss North Carolina for America. The statewide pageant was held in May in Lincoln, N.C. Dr. Lundgren works at the CarolinasDentist location at 208 Porters Neck Road in Wilmington, N.C.
Dr. Lundgren is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She is a passionate advocate for oral health and has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry. She is also a strong supporter of women’s empowerment and education.
In her role as Miss North Carolina for America, Dr. Lundgren will promote oral health education and women’s empowerment. She will also compete in the national Miss for America pageant in Las Vegas in August 2023. The Miss for America pageant is a cherished competition open to unmarried women 18 and older who may have children or be divorced.
“I am honored to be crowned Miss North Carolina for America,” said Dr. Lundgren. “I am excited to use this platform to promote oral health education and women’s empowerment. I believe that everyone deserves to have access to quality oral health care, and I am committed to making that happen. I am partnering with Smiles for Life, a foundation that provides oral health care to underserved communities, to help make this happen.”
Dr. Lundgren is a role model for young women everywhere. She has a successful career as a cosmetic dentist and is a mother and leader who uses her voice to help others.
