This year 1300 screening customers were asked to answer 42 questions based on three categories: the breadth of service provided by their screening partner, the size of the deal, and the overall quality of service they receive.
This year, there are two Pre-Employment Screening Baker's Dozen categories - one for mid-size deals and one for enterprise deals. There are nearly a thousand background screening firms, but only the top 13 make each list.
