EY Names Thomas L. Cardella of TLC Associates Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2019 in Heartland Award Finalist
Thomas L. Cardella joins the ranks of unstoppable entrepreneurs.

Over his 30 years of contact center industry experience, Mr. Cardella has developed a reputation for excellence. His leadership at TLC Associates has maximized the outsourced contact center's customer lifecycle quality. For his work with TLC Associates and his previous successful startup, Mr. Cardella has been awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1998 and has been a finalist in 2011 and 2019.

Those finalists who win at the regional level will be eligible for consideration in the Entrepreneur Of The Year® National competition. Several national categories, as well as the Entrepreneur Of The Year® National Overall Award winner, will be announced at the National Awards gala in Palm Springs, California, on November 16, 2019. The awards are the culminating event of the Strategic Growth Forum®, the nation's most prestigious gathering of high-growth, market-leading companies.
