In an effort to better align the company's organization with the needs of its customers in the Western United States, Eagle Roofing Products is proud to announce the following changes to the Sales and Customer Service departments:

National

• Hans Matheus, the Senior Regional Sales Manager in Central Valley, has accepted the newly created position of National Components Manager

California

• Blake Williams, the current Southern California Builder Account Representative, has accepted the newly created position of Segment Manager, Conversion, Customer and Reroof in Southern California
• Kent Lawrence, the current Southern California Senior Builder Account Representative, has accepted the newly created position of Segment Manager, Builders and Architects in Southern California
• Rebecca Beuving, Customer Service Representative in Northern California, has accepted the position of Lead Customer Service Representative in Northern California
• Jimmy Mallonee Jr. has joined Eagle as the Central California Sales Associate

Southwest

• Scott Aguilar, Senior Account Representative, has accepted the newly created position of Segment Manager, Builders and Architects in the Southwest region and has relocated to the Phoenix area
• Newly hired team members, Aaron Crabtree and Arturo "Artie" Martinez have assumed the positions of Builders and Architects Account Representatives based in Phoenix and Tucson respectively

Eagle Roofing Products' sales team in the Western United States will now be divided into two segment-driven teams – Builders and Architects and Conversion, Custom and Reroof. The Builders and Architects teams will work closely with volume roofing contractors, while the Conversion, Custom and Reroof teams will oversee the company's distributor relationships.
