English Oaks Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center Recognized with 2019 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award
MODESTO, Calif. (PRWEB) July 26, 2019 -- The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) has awarded English Oaks Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center a 2019 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award. The award indicates that English Oaks has demonstrated its commitment to improving the quality of care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. This year, a total of 590 long-term and post-acute care providers across 48 states were honored with the award. English Oaks will remain an active Bronze recipient through 2022.

The Bronze award not only acknowledges a job well done but also shows that the recipient intends to begin a rigorous quality improvement program. Recipients can maintain their active recipient status by pursuing the Silver – Achievement in Quality Award by 2022.
