Essendant Awarded Office Supplies Agreement with Premier
This Agreement Will Allow Essendant to Provide Resellers Competitive Access to Premier's Membership of 4,000 U.S. hospitals and 175,000 other providers
DEERFIELD, Ill., June 8, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Essendant has been awarded a group purchasing agreement for office supplies with Premier. Effective August 1, 2020, the new agreement allows Premier members, at their discretion, to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for traditional office supplies, ink and toner, furniture, technology supplies, foodservice disposables, breakroom and coffee services.
Essendant will hold the agreement and make it available to its Resellers through the Vertical Markets Group/Healthcare Vertical. Participation will be open to Essendant first and second-call resellers, and will include access to an e-commerce platform, developed in partnership with Independent Suppliers Group/EPIC Business Solutions, to support Premier member transactions.
