Mirroring the restaurant's successful blend of always-fresh, never-frozen menu items, Salsa Fresca's food truck has become a familiar and welcome sight throughout Connecticut and New York.

The Salsa Fresca food truck can be seen on "Taco Tuesdays" at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in West Harrison, NY; every Sunday at the Elephants Trunk Flea Market in New Milford, CT; and every other Friday at Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Cancer Center in Yonkers, NY. Salsa Fresca will also roll out at Bethel Food Truck Friday on August 17 at the Bethel Municipal Lawn in Bethel, CT from 5 to 8 pm, and at the Marist Family Weekend Tailgate on Saturday, September 29 from 2 to 8 pm.
Salsa Fresca is also pleased to announce participation in the Hudson Valley Expo, August 4 from 1 to 10 pm in Peekskill, NY. The expo will feature live music, local food, wine, beer and fireworks, and Salsa Fresca's truck will be on the Hudson Riverfront all day for this exciting event. For music lovers celebrating the music and culture of the Grateful Dead, Salsa Fresca will satisfy attendee food cravings at the Forever Grateful Festival at Ives Concert Park Danbury on Saturday, August 11th.
In addition to its popular food truck offering, Salsa Fresca will also celebrate the opening of its tenth company-owned restaurant this fall, with a new location in Poughkeepsie, NY, across the street from Marist College. Salsa Fresca Mexican Grill's aggressive expansion strategy calls for the opening of 100 stores within the next five years, and franchise opportunities are available for locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Florida, and Connecticut, with additional locations in New York available soon.
