FEI Behavioral Health to Present MRA Webinar on Workplace Substance Abuse
MILWAUKEE (PRWEB) December 04, 2018 -- FEI Behavioral Health, a social enterprise with a 40-year history and a leader in workforce resilience from EAP and organizational development to workplace violence prevention and crisis management, will present a webinar for The Management Association (MRA).
FEI Senior Account Manager, Randy Kratz, will present the MRA webinar, “On the Job and Under the Influence: Alcohol and Other Drug Education for Supervisors & Managers,” on December 10, 2018, at 12:00 p.m. CST.
This webinar will discuss elements necessary to supporting a drug-free workplace. Participants will learn about a supervisor’s role in addressing workplace substance use, such as recognizing the signs and symptoms for reasonable-suspicion testing. Basic classifications of alcohol and other drugs, as well as the difference between drug use, abuse and addiction will also be identified.
The webinar has been approved for 0.10 (1 hour) continuing education credit (CEU) and 1.0 (general) hour HR Certification Institute (HRCI) credit.
Kratz is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed professional counselor in the state of Wisconsin and has worked as both a counselor and a supervisor in outpatient and hospital settings for more than 15 years. He has been a workplace consultant for over 20 years providing employers and employees with assistance for substance abuse, stress and conflict management, organizational change and other organizational challenges affecting people. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in social work and a Master of Science degree in counseling psychology.
