Participants will have access to 30 specially produced fitness videos and daily challenges when they sign into Nia Technique's streaming platform, NiaTV.fit. The NiaTV 30-Day Challenge will start on Monday, January 7th and will culminate on Tuesday, February 5th.
The purpose of the NiaTV 30-Day Challenge is to offer inspiring and effective fitness and health tips and techniques to kick off the new year right.
