Farsheed Ferdowsi Retires as CEO of Inova; Joe Schweppe Named New Inova CEO
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (PRWEB) July 06, 2023 -- Inova Payroll, LLC, a national payroll and human resource solutions provider, has announced that Farsheed Ferdowsi, Founder and CEO of the company, is retiring as CEO and remains with the company as its Founder and Executive Chairman. Joe Schweppe, the current President of Inova, became President and CEO effective July 1, 2023.
Ferdowsi founded Inova Payroll in 2011, and over the past twelve years, has grown the company to be among the top five privately-held payroll/HCM providers in the country. During his prolific 40-year business career, Ferdowsi has founded 10 companies, created countless software solutions, and is recognized as a pioneer in internet-enabled payroll service.

As CEO, he will also oversee finance, human resources, and set the strategic direction of Inova in collaboration with the company’s Board of Directors.
