FilmTrack names current CRO Michael McGuire as new COO
McGuire brings a data driven approach to decision making and organizational structure that will allow FilmTrack to harness the rapid growth of the entertainment rights industry.
STUDIO CITY, Calif., May 20, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Leading entertainment rights management company, FilmTrack, is pleased to announce that current CRO Michael McGuire has been named as new Chief Operating Officer. McGuire will maintain the responsibilities for sales and revenue from his previous role, but will be expanding his purview into operational areas of the organization as well. He will be responsible for overall business continuity across the company with a focus on driving sustainable growth and operational efficiencies.

McGuire has served as Chief Revenue Officer of FilmTrack since joining the company in 2017 and has more than 20 years of experience working with enterprise software, services, and hardware companies. Prior to joining FilmTrack, he was the EVP of Sales and Marketing for Fastpay, where he led the growth of the company's portfolio from $500M to over $1.6B. Earlier in his career he held management and executive management roles at Velocify (Acquired by Ellie May), Ascendant Technology (acquired by Avnet), FileNet (acquired by IBM), and Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle).
