Fleet Clean USA Opens Miami Franchise Location

McIntosh owned a successful concrete construction company that operated in Minnesota and North Dakota. After wintering for several years in Florida, he decided to make the warmer state his home permanently.
“I sold my home and moved to Florida where I was semi-retired. Being relatively young, I soon sought out a business to own and looked at different franchises,” said McIntosh. “I was immediately impressed with the Fleet Clean franchise organization, the concept, the business model, and the support I would receive.”
McIntosh said the fact that the Fleet Clean businesses is not capital intensive was a major decision to own. “I liked that you could start small and grow the business to as large as you wanted on your own terms,” said MacIntosh.
The new Fleet Clean operation will cover the South Florida counties of Broward and Miami-Dade including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Hialeah, Homestead, Pompano Beach and Pembroke Pines.
McIntosh said that a big part of his expansion plans is Operations Manager Jonathan Albarracin. “Johnathan’s experience in the industry will be invaluable as I expand my Fleet Clean franchise from Miami to Fort Lauderdale and beyond,” said MacIntosh. “He has helped guide the expansion and has been key to our success.”
