Former HMS CEO Bill Lucia Joins Alivia Analytics Board of Directors

A recognized and respected industry leader, Lucia previously served as the CEO of HMS Holdings, a leading healthcare analytics and technology company serving health plans, providers, and the state and federal government. With his strategic vision, HMS was transformed into a highly successful enterprise and was eventually acquired by Gainwell Technologies and Veritas Capital for $3.4 billion.

Prior to his current postings, Lucia was President, CEO, & Chairman of the Board at HMS. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at At Home Harmony, the Population Health Alliance (PHA), OptMycare, Sellers Dorsey, and the International Advisory Council for ANDHealth, an Australian Digital Health incubator. He previously served as a Board Director at the Australian Digital Health CRC and AllyAlign Health (aka Curana Health).
Bill also co-authored the book "Leading with Your Head and Your Heart," a detailed account of his journey to transform HMS.
