Fresh Off the Addition of Four Franchise Brands in 2021, Threshold Brands Rides Wave of Development Momentum Into 2022, Welcomes Hagan Kappler as CEO

The commercial and home services franchisor, under the leadership of new CEO Hagan Kappler, closed out 2021 with the addition of 84 new franchise units, the acquisition of two new brands: Sir Grout and USA Insulation, and the launch of new-to-industry brands Plumbing Paramedics and Heating + Air Paramedics

BOSTON, Feb. 3, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Threshold Brands, the commercial and home services franchisor behind brands including MaidPro, USA Insulation, Men in Kilts, FlyFoe, Pestmaster Services, Plumbing Paramedics, Heating + Air Paramedics and Sir Grout welcomed four new brands — USA Insulation, Plumbing Paramedics, Heating + Air Paramedics and Sir Grout — into its portfolio. In addition, Threshold executed 84 new franchise agreements over the course of the year under the leadership of new CEO Hagan Kappler. The group of service brands is gearing up for even more growth in 2022.

Kappler joined Threshold Brands after two years with ServiceMaster, another franchisor in the commercial and home services segment, where she served as president of the ServiceMaster Clean and Merry Maids brands.

Prior to her role at ServiceMaster, Kappler built a diverse career in business, growth and innovation, strategy, and M&A, working with brands like Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Co. and Starbucks. The common thread between all of professional experiences: a relentless focus on customer experience, something Kappler is excited to bring to Threshold Brands.

Threshold Brands also expanded its portfolio of brands, welcoming insulation franchise USA Insulation in March, Sir Grout, the hard surface restoration franchise in September and sister brands Plumbing Paramedics and Heating + Air Paramedics in November.

As Threshold Brands enters 2022, the fast-growing franchisor is looking to continue to add new franchise owners as well as encourage more cross-brand growth for both new and existing franchisees.
