The team opened the doors of their new state of the art space on Monday, July 23. Gilbane built out their new space working with Gensler’s interiors group on the overall design. The design, layout and workspace environment fosters the company’s culture of collaboration with an abundance of natural light, collaborative spaces, energy efficiency, and amenities that further support Gilbane employees and enhance the way that business is conducted. Located in the heart of downtown and just minutes away from the old office, the new building is conveniently located near many local amenities and access points. The new address is 811 Main Street, Suite 2450, Houston, Texas. Gilbane was represented in lease negotiations by Morgan Colt and a team from Cushman & Wakefield.
