Global CMO Growth Council Releases 2023 Marketing Capabilities Framework
Cannes, France (PRWEB) June 22, 2023 -- The ANA Global CMO Growth Council announces the release of a pioneering talent resource: the 2023 Marketing Capabilities Framework. A testament to the Growth Council’s dedication to nurturing marketing talent, the new Framework was specially built to help CMOs and marketing leaders prioritize their investments in talent development, inspire new talent strategies, and identify gaps to address.
A direct aggregation of actual frameworks from leading global brands across a wide range of industries, including CPG, non-profit, finance, tech, media, and healthcare sectors, with additional qualitative inputs from over 40 CMOs and marketing leaders, this Playbook provides a real-time “living” framework for industry benchmarks for marketing capabilities.
In addition to the “Framework”, there is specific guidance to foster talent development and retention strategies, adaptable to meet the unique needs of different businesses. It underscores certain skills as foundational, requiring a base level of proficiency across all functions, regardless of industry or career level.
