Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added Wagner N. Soto as an associate to its Boston office as the firm continues to grow its Banking & Financial Services Practice.
BOSTON, July 28, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added Wagner N. Soto as an associate to its Boston office as the firm continues to grow its Banking & Financial Services Practice.
Soto represents lenders and borrowers in connection with debt financing transactions. He also has experience representing private equity funds and other corporate clients in acquisitions, including conducting due diligence on target company agreements, liabilities, and capitalization.
Prior to joining the firm, Soto served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Judge Patti B. Saris in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also previously worked for a Boston-based law firm where he represented clients in general corporate matters.
Soto obtained his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A. from Denison University.
The addition of Soto follows the arrival of Jason S. DelMonico, a senior banking and financial services attorney, who joined the firm's Corporate Practice as a shareholder in Boston in April.
