Greenberg Traurig’s Thomas G. Allen Appointed Vice-Chair of the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association

The IPBA is the preeminent legal association in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently, the IPBA has over 1,500 members from more than 65 jurisdictions worldwide. Allen’s two-year term will commence at the conclusion of the IPBA’s annual conference being held in Singapore from April 25-27.
Allen is one of the lead shareholders in Greenberg Traurig’s International Arbitration and Litigation Group. His practice focuses on international commercial and investor-state arbitration and cross-border disputes. Allen’s practice has a heavy focus on the Asia-Pacific region. He splits time between Greenberg Traurig’s Washington D.C., Tokyo, and Shanghai offices. Allen represents clients in a variety of industries with an emphasis on energy, manufacturing, construction, and aviation. He has wide-ranging experience in high-value international and U.S. arbitrations. Allen also litigates the enforceability of arbitration clauses and arbitration awards in U.S. Courts. He is a frequent lecturer on international arbitration topics and is a former adjunct professor in the international arbitration discipline.
