Groundworks Hires Brian Black and Adrian Reddington to Lead Sales and Production Training Programs
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (PRWEB) July 04, 2018 -- Groundworks announced today that it has hired two seasoned foundation services industry professionals, Brian Black and Adrian Reddington, to lead training at its Groundworks University division. Groundworks University’s mission is to train and develop employees at the highest level, so they grow personally and professionally to provide customers with world-class service.
Brian Black, Groundworks’ new Director of Sales Training, brings a wealth of industry experience, having spent many years working directly in the foundation and basement repair space and for a product supply company, where he successfully developed and implemented programs that helped clients grow their businesses. In his new role, Black will be responsible for developing and leading the training curriculum for all sales managers and sales representatives across Groundworks’ locations in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Indiana. “I believe the success of a business is measured by how many people you serve and how well you serve them,” said Black. “I was drawn to Groundworks because their mission aligns directly with my beliefs. Adrian Reddington, Groundworks’ new Director of Strategic Projects & Production Training, brings over 10 years of experience in the foundation services industry, previously working as Director of Operations for Virginia Foundation Solutions and previously as a Business Manager for JES Foundation Repair. His duties are to create and implement a world-class production training program for all of Groundworks’ field staff. The program will include testing and certifications to ensure all team members are ready to deliver the highest quality and service possible to our customers.
