Growthink Capital advises Swiss Dental Services on Acquisition Financing to expand in the UK market
The Portugal-based dental surgery group gains a foothold in the UK by acquiring two dental clinics in London
LONDON, Jan. 31, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Growthink Capital is pleased to announce it acted as Swiss Dental Services (SDS)' investment banking advisor on an acquisition financing - via SME Capital, a London-based alternative capital provider - to expand in the UK market.
After assisting the company in developing a cohesive international growth plan, Growthink Capital then introduced and managed a targeted and select list of prospective investment partners. Particularly challenging was navigating the underwriting process for a company that holds most of its assets and operations outside of the UK.
The acquisition financing was structured as a bespoke five-year loan including a capital repayment holiday and bullet repayment structure to help with the initial integration and maximize cash headroom given current macroeconomic uncertainty.
