Top Workplaces Awards are based solely on feedback from employees through an anonymous survey administered by employee engagement technology company Energage LLC. The survey measures 15 workplace culture drivers that are critical to organizational success, including alignment, execution of goals, and connection. Of the hundreds of companies that participated this year, only a limited number of companies earned Top Workplaces designation due to the award's rigorous high standards.
