Innovations Group, a LVL3 portfolio company located in Hillsboro, Oregon, strengthened its Leadership Team with a leader in vacuum systems design as its first Director of Engineering. Jeff Schwab joined HIS, as Director of Engineering on May 6th and will be responsible for HIS product development and design as part of the Innovation Team, led by Mark Romeo.

Jeff Schwab offers more than 20 years of experience in product development and design, including his most recent role as Program Manager, Integrated Systems, Semiconductor Division at Edwards Vacuum. Jeff earned his A.S. in Manufacturing Robotics Engineering at Erie Community College and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Buffalo, NY.
