Harris Teeter Selects OurHealth for Near-Site Clinic Solution
Supermarket chain is latest employer to join the Charlotte MyClinic network
CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 21, 2019 -- OurHealth, the nation's leading provider of near-site primary care clinics for employers, today announced a partnership with supermarket chain Harris Teeter.
OurHealth will provide a full suite of primary care services, including wellness screens, physicals, acute care and health coaching for the company's more than 2,500 Charlotte-area associates and their covered dependents. Based in Matthews, North Carolina, Harris Teeter operates over 230 grocery stores and 14 fuel centers across the South Atlantic states.
OurHealth entered the Charlotte market in January 2016 with its system of industry-leading near-site clinics, called the MyClinic network, and today has five convenient locations around the city: Uptown, Tower Place, Northlake, Wilkinson Boulevard and Albemarle Crossing. The partnership with Harris Teeter adds to OurHealth's growing client roster, which includes the City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County and Belk Department Stores.
The MyClinic network significantly lowers the barrier to entry by allowing employers to gain immediate access to a network of primary care clinics that are conveniently located within a 10-minute drive of the employee's home or office. OurHealth's MyClinic network includes seven clinics in Indianapolis and three in Cincinnati.
