INFINITI HR, a 2022 Top Place to Work, Concludes its Third Annual Back-to-School Drive, Providing 60+ Backpacks and $500 to Local Children in Need
The third annual back-to-school supply drive provided hundreds of youth in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade across the Greater Washington D.C. Metro Area
BURTONSVILLE, Md., Sept. 15, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- With schools back in session and Labor Day behind us, leading national HR outsourcing firm INFINITI HR, kicked off its third annual Back-to-School Drive. The school supply drive provided hundreds of youth in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade across the Greater Washington D.C. Metro Area with the critical resources they need to start the new school year strong, amidst the ongoing pandemic.
The INFINITI HR Back-to School Drive ran from August 2 to August 13, 2022. Customers, business partners, community members, and employees of INFINITI HR were encouraged to donate a range of supplies including but not limited to backpacks, pens, pencils, erasers, crayons, highlighters, notebooks, binders, paper, rulers, index cards, markers, headsets, lunch boxes, and more.
During the drive, INFINITI HR raised more than $500 in cash and filled more than 60 backpacks with school supplies. On August 16th, INFINITI HR employees assembled the backpacks in their corporate headquarters and arranged for their distribution to various schools through the Neighbor Network nonprofit organization based in Dayton, Maryland. Employees of INFINITI HR then dropped off hundreds of additional school supplies to Burtonsville Elementary School in Burtonsville, Maryland and Bond Mill Elementary School in Laurel, Maryland.

We couldn't have done this without their generous contributions, commitment to giving back, and desire to help today's youth. "
