The company initially installed forty TUKAcad licenses, including SMARTmark NetQ, a standalone system that requires no manual input and fully automates the marker-making process. Honey Lady now also uses TUKAcutplan, the Materials Requirement planning system. This allowed them to plan the purchase, allocate materials and minimize waste.
“We had all possible technologies from grading/markers to spreading and cutting, but we were still making paper patterns. We needed speed and accuracy. With Tukatech, we have eliminated manual paper pattern-making, increased productivity in our sample room, and reduced the lead time for sample-making. We have three sample rooms and three cutting rooms across the country,” says Ferdinand Permana, Director of Honey Lady.
