Innovative Welcomes Jamie Bratton as Director of Development & Communications
MOORESTOWN, N.J. (PRWEB) October 23, 2018 -- Jamie Bratton joins Innovative’s marketing department as Director of Development & Communications. Reporting to our CEO, Terriann Procida, this position is responsible for establishing and implementing strategic and tactical communication plans across every Innovative business unit, designed to capitalize on market opportunities, generate demand of Innovative services and help to position Innovative as an employer of choice.
Jamie will work closing with our existing clients to expand our partnerships through advanced communication strategies and offerings as well as potential clients. In addition, she will play an integral role in our internal workplace development, including assisting in the hiring process, recognize team achievements and building culture and will help to involve the team in activities that promote how Innovative makes a difference in our community.

Prior to accepting this position, Jamie spent 15 years in various marketing positions. During this time, she specialized in developing innovative and strategic marketing and business development programs to strengthen organizations brand awareness and market share. She started her career in dental medical devices as a marketing communications manager and most recently worked for a local South Jersey law firm creating print and digital marketing campaigns and strategic programs to target, attract and covert prospects and referrals. Jamie is a graduate of West Chester University with a degree in Marketing and currently resides in Moorestown, NJ.
