James Page Shares His Successful Business Methodology in New Book
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (PRWEB) September 25, 2018 -- James Page shares an intimate look at his ownership of several small manufacturing companies and provides a guide for employees, managers and aspiring entrepreneurs in his debut book, “I’m Not a Taem Player: (a book about business—with photographs)” (published by Archway Press).
Page states that the core question of the book is: Do your motivations and your instincts more or less parallel each other? If they are parallel, Page contends you’ll go much further in whatever it is you pursue; if not, Page says the employer is generally confronted with this daily sphere of the unhappy, unhealthy and unproductive.
A key point in Page’s business methodology is the critical difference in conversation versus observation. He proposes that “the simple and frequent act of conversation with an employee about their motivations, instincts and aspirations/attitude (MIA) is quicker and of more benefit to both employer and employee than unending periods of observation.”
“I’m Not a Taem Player” highlights the importance of hiring the right staff and is filled with photographs that illustrate concepts and products that are beneficial to anyone focused on developing a top-performing manufacturing business.
