Jasmine Guy Joins Major, Lindsey & Africa and Allegis Partners as New Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility Program Manager
HANOVER, Md. (PRWEB) September 09, 2019 -- Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, and Allegis Partners, a global executive search firm, today announced that Jasmine Guy has joined as their new diversity and inclusion and corporate social responsibility program manager.
In this new role, Jasmine will develop and implement strategic initiatives and programs that align with the organization’s D&I and CSR goals. She will also be responsible for creating trainings, managing community partnerships, promoting employee engagement and driving efforts to create a more open and inclusive environment.

Jasmine previously served as diversity and inclusion specialist for Foley & Lardner LLP, where she created and implemented diversity and inclusion programs, including cultural awareness campaigns and competency initiatives; inclusive leadership training; anti-harassment and unconscious bias training; and employee resource group programs. She also collaborated with the legal recruiting team to support attorney recruitment and retention efforts. Prior to joining Foley, she worked on the Alumni Relations & Development team at the University of Chicago, designing and delivering training programs on customer relationship management software; campaign strategy; alumni engagement strategy and metrics; and development policies and procedures.
Jasmine graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Master of Education and from Spelman College with a B.A. in Psychology and English. She is president of the Women’s Board of the Chicago Urban League, secretary of the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals and a mentor with Polished Pebbles Mentoring Program. Jasmine is also an active member of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Greater Chicago, the Coalition of Women in Law Initiative and the California Minority Counsel Program.
