Western Computer Inc., a leading reseller of Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, and ERP systems as well as Business Intelligence solutions, is happy to announce that Business Intelligence industry veteran, Joe Little, has joined Western Computer as Power Platform Program Manager, a new role at Western Computer further demonstrating their commitment to the Microsoft Power Platform.
OXNARD, Calif., Feb. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Microsoft Power Platform combines three robust applications—Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)—into a centralized platform, allowing users to connect their data, build applications, unify people and streamline their business processes. As Power Platform Program Manager, Little will be responsible for expanding Western Computer's Power Platform operations and helping Western Computer's customers bring their data to life.
With over 30 years of software experience, Little has performed many roles throughout his career in several functional areas including pre-sales, architecture, development, implementation, and support. In 2006, Little joined Jet Global Data Technologies as Vice President of Development and created the modern versions of Jet Analytics, Jet Reports, and Jet Budgets, many of the products Western Computer's customer base uses today with their Microsoft Dynamics ERP solution. Little became CEO of Jet Global in 2011, leading the company until its acquisition in 2019.
In addition to reporting, data, and business intelligence, Little is experienced with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Graph, & Azure.
"We are so honored that Joe has joined our team," states Linda Collins, President of Western Computer. "Joe's wealth of experience and knowledge in the Business Intelligence space will help propel Western Computer to the next level as we expand our Power Platform offerings and services. The Power Platform Program Manager role is new for Western Computer, and I couldn't think of anyone to better fill the role than Joe. His experience is unmatched and I look forward to seeing how he further supports our customers with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps."
"I am excited to join Western Computer," stated Little. "I've worked with this team as a partner for many years and have witnessed their dedication to their customers and the Microsoft Dynamics product line. The Microsoft Power Platform is such a powerful solution. It allows users to view their data in new ways and create workflows that help to automate their processes. These small changes make a big impact on a business's bottom line and I look forward to bringing these improvements to Western Computer's customers."
