Jolly Announces New Mobile Apps for Lobbytrack
Jolly releases two new apps for Lobbytrack, providing streamlined access for hosts and security personnel
SAN MATEO, Calif., May 28, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today Jolly announced the release of two new mobile apps for the Lobbytrack.com online visitor management platform, Lobbytrack Host and Lobbytrack Guard. The new release brings the total number of available Lobbytrack apps to three, adding on to the newly improved Sign In App.
The Lobbytrack Host app provides the go-to solution for employees to view and manage their scheduled visitors. From the app, hosts can add new visits and cancel or reschedule as needed. Employees can also view the status of their visitors, quickly seeing if visitors have arrived or if they have signed out for the day. As visitors sign-in onsite, employees can also receive push notifications to their devices.

Along with the Host app, Jolly has released the new Lobbytrack Guard app for security guards and receptionists. With the Guard App, security can quickly access the list of visitors who are onsite—giving them the fastest possible reporting solution in the case of an evacuation. The Guard App can also be used to validate visitor credentials, sign out visitors and alert the user when visitors arrive or trigger a watch list match.
Lobbytrack is available at http://www.lobbytrack.com and is free to use for customers with less than 500 visitors per year. Monthly subscription options are available for larger institutions. The Lobbytrack mobile apps are available for Apple, Android, and Windows devices.
