About the Author
Jon Sadler retired after 32 years of civil service from the Army Corps of Engineers in 2015 upon completing his Master of Science in pastoral counseling. With the Army Corps, he was a project manager for many years where he learned about understanding and motivating people of various backgrounds to complete construction projects in support of the military. For over 10 years, he has been a mentor and counselor supporting the Maryland Chapter of the Epilepsy Foundation. He is currently a licensed clinical professional counselor and works part time with groups of people dealing with seizure disorders.
