According to Goldberg, the journal is meant to serve as a tool to stir inner dialogue, capture thoughts and beliefs, identify patterns, reframe obstacles, and ultimately lead to creating positive and lasting desired shifts.
The Wake Up and Wondershift journal provides flexible sections the reader can move through in any order, an easy-to-follow exercise-based format, thought provoking questions to shift perspectives and challenge limiting beliefs, pre- and post-assessments to track progress and growth, and expert tips and references.
