Keene Family of Companies is proud to announce and welcome six new team members in the departments of Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, and a new Chief Operating Officer.
Rick Grybos has been named Chief Operating Officer of Keene Family of Companies, in which he will be responsible for all functions of the business excluding sales. Grybos comes from a diverse background in accounting, supply chain, and procurement and has a proven track record of delivering significant cost reduction as well as creating value to stakeholders, the business, and customers through fostering partnerships and strategic alliances. He has already proven to be an excellent addition to the company.
Stephen Eich joins the Keene Family of Companies team as Talent Acquisition Specialist. Eich comes from more than 15 years of successful Human Resources experience. Eich has become the Talent Acquisition Specialist for all four companies: Keene Building Products, Dependable LLC, Continental Products, and Keene Village Plastics.
Michael Platko, a graduate of Cleveland State University with a degree in Accounting, started working at Keene Building Products as an Accounting Intern in April 2017 and was promoted to a full time hire in May 2018. Platko is now a Staff Accountant for all four companies.
Megan Earls, a Miami University graduate, joins Keene Family of Companies as the New Tradeshow and Events Coordinator. Earls started working at Continental Products in 2017 as the Office Administrator. Prior to joining Continental Products, she had experience in Marketing and Event Planning and is interested in pursuing that again. So, when the Tradeshow and Events Coordinator position opened up, she was a perfect fit for the job.
Tim Wheeler joins the Keene and Dependable sales team as a Territory Manager for the state of Florida and comes from an intensive background of operations and sales. Wheeler is talented in applying sales knowledge and initiatives to driving overall revenue and will make an excellent addition to the sales team.
Ray Jaegers joins the Keene and Dependable sales team as a Territory Manager for the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and southern Illinois. Jaegers is a Sales and Product Management professional with more than 30 years’ experience in the sales of commercial and residential construction products. We look forward to welcoming him to the growing sales team.
