Kessler Collection Plant Riverside District Signs up for 'GO' Software
GO to help run guest experience at leading hospitality brand's innovative new property
MIAMI, July 19, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- With the launch of Plant Riverside District Savannah, The Kessler Collection's latest entertainment and nightlife marvel, the leading hospitality brand has selected GO by Spark software to help manage and communicate all of the property's exciting offerings on-property.
Given the excitement around Plant Riverside District's entertainment, nightlife, and retail events and venues, The Kessler Collection needed to simplify communication to their guests, ensuring they would know the 'when and where' for all the activities, including entertainment and enrichment events, retail offerings, restaurant events, as well as need-to-know information. The Kessler Collection selected GO by Spark to help manage and convey this information to guests through print and digital marketing channels.
GO by Spark is a software solution resorts, hotels, and cruise lines use to run their on-property customer experience through a suite of tools that allow for collaborative control of events, venue availability, and staffing. GO automates much of the data entry, design, and communication work that would typically require several additional team members. Spark created GO to address the needs of hospitality brands in the Experience Economy: as customers increasingly want to spend money on experiences, brands must find efficient ways to plan and staff those experiences, be strategic about guiding guests to on-site venues with smart guest flow design, and communicate out the offerings to customers with omni-channel touchpoints.
COVID-19 has posed further challenges for hospitality brands: guests now expect further visibility into what's happening on-property prior to their stays, forcing resorts, hotels and cruise lines to move with urgency towards digital communications. GO makes this an easy transformation for companies: the software allows for collaborative, cloud-based editing of event times and locations and venue availability, as well as marketing communications. GO's open technology then delivers this information across to any platform of the hospitality brand's choosing: social, web, mobile, on-property digital screens, and print.
"We're incredibly proud for our software to be a part of Plant Riverside District's launch and ongoing success." said Ronnie Farzad, Principal at Spark Cooperative. "The Kessler Collection is one of the world's most cutting edge hospitality brands."
In addition to licensing Spark software for Plant Riverside District, The Kessler Collection also contracted Spark Cooperative to design the experience programming for this amazing new property. When it launches, Plant Riverside District will showcase multiple events taken from concept to production by the Spark team.
