L&F Brown, P.C. Adds Darlene Hernandez as Senior Trial Counsel
Expands and Strengthens the Firm's Real Estate Litigation Team
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 23, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- L&F Brown, P.C., a law firm serving the needs of middle-market companies, growing businesses and startups, announced that Darlene Hernandez has joined the firm as Senior Trial Counsel. Darlene will bring her extensive experience in real estate litigation to further broaden the firm's reach in this practice area.
Darlene has over 20 years of litigation and trial experience and joins L&F Brown from Geraci Law Firm. Although Darlene's practice covers a broad range of business and real estate litigation, she has developed a specialty in helping conventional and private lenders resolve disputes relating to loan origination and servicing, title, non-judicial and judicial foreclosure, REO, nuisance abatement, deficiency judgments, and receivership.
In addition to her work with private clients, Darlene has also represented public agencies such as the County of San Diego on actions to quiet title, obtain injunctive relief on easements, and enforcement of zoning ordinances.

Darlene Hernandez has been a member of the California State Bar since 1999 and the New York State Bar since 2004. She was President of the Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego as well as the Filipino Lawyers of San Diego.
