CHARLOTTE, N.C. The event, led by C4 Recovery Solutions, is held November 10-13, 2019 at the Sawgrass Marriott in Ponte Vedra, Florida.

The Civil Citation Network (CCN) has partnered with Let’s Talk Interactive (LTI) to incorporate its secure online software into its Adult Pre-Arrest Diversion Program (APAD). The program enables law enforcement officers issuing citations to incorporate evidence-based assessments and appropriate intervention services—with the goal of reducing recidivism. ‘“Intervening at the earliest point possible is critical,” said Tom Olk, Founder of CCN. “With over 10 million misdemeanor arrests on average each year, this problem will only get worse. Kiosks and iPads will be on display at PTACC so attendees can walk through the APAD process for themselves. Telehealth and telemedicine carts that incorporate LTI’s technology will also be accessible, demonstrating how behavioral and physical health care is being brought directly to jails in rural areas with limited resources.
