Lido Advisors Announces Senior Managing Director, Alyssa Weinberger, Shortlisted For Woman Of The Year At 2019 Women In Asset Management (UK) New York Awards
NEW YORK (PRWEB) September 04, 2019 -- Lido Advisors, LLC, a Los Angeles-based, full-service, independent, registered investment advisory firm, announced today that Senior Managing Director Alyssa Weinberger has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Women in Asset Management (UK) New York Awards.
The Women in Asset Management Awards aim to recognize the outstanding contributions of women in the Asset/Portfolio Management industry and help shine a light on women who are paving the way for greater empowerment and gender parity.
The awards are being held on September 12, 2019 at CIPRIANI - 42nd Street, New York.
Winners of the Women in Asset Management Awards are decided by an independent panel of judges and announced at the exclusive, black-tie dinner.
Weinberger, who has been shortlisted in the Woman of the Year category, has been at Lido Advisors, LLC for over 14 years and has excelled in a male-dominated industry. She successfully ran the operations and marketing teams which led to her current role as Senior Managing Director and the first female partner of a fast-growing firm. In addition to her executive position at Lido Advisors, Weinberger also serves as Senior Managing Director of Lido Consulting, Inc.
Weinberger is an accomplished professional, connected both locally and nationally, and considered an influential philanthropist for multiple charitable organizations. She is a truly passionate executive who cares deeply about curating strong relationships and connecting the right people.
The Annual Family Office Investment Symposium (“FOIS”), a national conference which Alyssa created in 2005, exemplifies her capacity to bring like-minded, ultra-high-net-worth families together to share best practices. The 15th Annual FOIS is scheduled to be held at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel from March 18-20, 2020.
As an advisor, Weinberger’s objective is not only to help her clients meet their goals, but within a transparent, collaborative, and process-driven approach. She believes in consistent communication as a client coverage model and strives to meet with clients quarterly to hear about changes in their life that could affect their investment portfolio and financial plans.
The knowledge and expertise she gained while working with families has inspired her to speak at numerous educational conferences and events. Recently, Weinberger spoke at Lido Consulting, Inc.’s 14th Annual FOIS, IMN’s 4th Annual Real Estate Family Office and Private Wealth Forum, the Marcus Evans Real Estate Spring Summit, and as a panelist at the Exit Planning Institute (EPI). In 2011, Pepperdine University approached Alyssa to create a program specifically for family offices – The Certificate in Financial Management for the Family Office. The next program will be held in Malibu, California on October 28-30, 2019. Alyssa is also the co-founder of Wisdom Leaders, a membership-based group launching in early 2020.
