Livestream Learning Studio partners with Kahoot! to measure engagement
Minneapolis, Minn. (PRWEB) March 24, 2023 -- Minneapolis, Minn. – Livestream Learning Studio (the Studio) is excited to announce a partnership with Kahoot!, a global learning platform company that empowers students to reach their highest learning potential. How? The Studio and Kahoot! are teaming up to develop a student response system (SRS) prototype to embed into the Studio’s 23-24 schoolyear programming, bringing additional value to teachers and students alike.
Kristen Bednarz, Kahoot! Senior Partnership Manager, notes, “We have agreed to support the Livestream Learning Studio team in their development of a SRS technical innovation, to be tested in the Fall of 2023. We are excited to combine Kahoot!’s technical gameplay experience with the talent behind Livestream Learning Studio to make learning awesome.”
The Studio provides livestream, interactive, theater-based learning for elementary students nationwide in a variety of school settings. Its programming includes three live weekly real-time performances. Shows include STEM, wellness, and financial literacy topics and are proven to significantly increase content engagement, accelerating positive learning outcomes and teaching students in a way they want to learn.
The 23-24 schoolyear offerings will include K – 5 grade students, with Act I programming covering K – 2 students and Act II appropriate for grades 3 – 5. All the Studio’s offerings meet state and national academic standards while bringing in social and emotional learning elements, too.
Adds Studio founder Ward Eames, “We’re very excited to develop and use this software alongside our virtual, livestream, theater-based programming. We need to teach kids in ways that promotes fun, and that’s exactly what we’re doing,” Eames notes. “Kids want to be engrossed in what they’re learning,” Eames emphasizes. “We bring a laughing while learning approach that engages even the most stubborn students.”
Teachers can test drive the Studio’s programming for free through the end of this schoolyear. “Now is the perfect time for teachers to check out our programming,” Eames notes. “While administrators are starting the budget process, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to lock in this programming for next year.
Subscriptions for next year are offered for individual classrooms at $615/classroom and include supplemental resources like worksheets, lesson plans, and additional activities to ensure core curriculum concepts are incorporated into the broader learning landscape. With over 600 shows planned, there’s never been a better time to subscribe.
“We’re thrilled to continue expanding our programming, and we have observed the positive results for our subscribers,” Eames shares. “Now is the time to sign up!”
