Local Doctor Earns 'Doctor Of The Year' For Texas Panhandle Area
Dr. Jeff Williams, chiropractor in Amarillo, TX, took home 'Doctor Of The Year' award at Texas Chiropractic Association's annual convention in Dallas this year.
DALLAS, June 22, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- At the ChiroTexpo event, the Texas Chiropractic Association's annual convention, Amarillo chiropractor, Dr. Jeff Williams, was awarded 'Doctor of the Year' honors for TCA District 2.
District 2 includes the entirety of the Texas Panhandle from Plainview and Childress all of the way up to the top of the Panhandle.
The 'Doctor of the Year' award reads, "For outstanding patient care and service to TCA and chiropractic in Texas," and was handed out at the President's Gala on Saturday night June 8 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Dallas. The plaque was presented to Dr. Williams by incoming TCA President Chad Carpenter of Boerne, TX and incoming TCA Secretary/Treasurer Alayna Pagnani-Gendron of Houston, TX
Dr. Williams has been leading the charge for professional standardization, specialization, and integration & collaboration with our medical colleagues for several years. Not only has Dr. Williams led the charge within the TCA but also as host of his own podcast called The Chiropractic Forward Podcast. Dr. Williams's podcast focuses on research findings and evidence-informed practice.
Dr. Williams has previously served on the TCA Board of Directors and as the Chairman of the TCA's Chiropractic Development Initiative (CDI). The CDI serves to raise funds to further the chiropractic profession in the state of Texas through grassroots efforts as well as through relationships in the State Legislature.
Dr. Jeff Williams owns Creek Stone Integrated Care in Amarillo, TX and has been a chiropractor in Amarillo and has been treating the people of the Texas Panhandle since 1998. His office is located at 45th St and I-27. Dr. Williams offers family chiropractic, care for personal injury and car accidents, and wellness care. In addition, Dr. Williams completed 300 additional hours in 2019 to sit for the Diplomate of the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists exams and specialize in orthopedics.
